  • Tikka sauce
    • 14.5 Oz Diced tomatoes
    • 1 Cups (cu) Chopped onion
    • 12 G Garlic
    • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) Tumeric
    • 4 Tablespoons (Tbsp) GINGER ROOT chopped
    • 1 Cups (cu) PLAIN YOGURT
    • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) CUMIN GROUND
    • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) FENNEL SEEDS GROUND
    • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) PAPRIKA
    • 1 Teaspoons (tsp) CHILI POWDER
    • 2 Tablespoons (Tbsp) BUTTER UNSALT
  • Tacos
    • 1 Kg Paneer
    • 18 WHEAT TORTILLA
    • 9 RADISHES JULIENNED
    • 500 G CAULIFLOWER
    • 54 G Fried shallots
    • 2 Tablespoons (Tbsp) CANOLA OIL
Directions
  • Melt butter in pan
  • Add onions and cook until softened about 3 minutes
  • Add spices, garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes until no longer raw.
  • Add tomatoes. Simmer for ten minutes.
  • Add yoghurt and immersion blend.
  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Toss cauliflower florets in 1 tablespoon oil. Roast for 15 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan
  • Cut paneer into quarter inch cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides
  • Add sauce to paneer
  • Split roasted cauliflower, paneer and radish between tortillas.
