- 2 Cups (cu) All purpose flour
- 0.75 Teaspoons (tsp) baking soda
- .5 Teaspoons (tsp) Salt
- .5 Cups (cu) Milk Chocolate chips
- .5 Cups (cu) White Chocolate Chips
- .5 Cups (cu) Butterscotch Chips
- .5 Cups (cu) Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cups (cu) Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 1 Cups (cu) Brown Sugar
- .5 Cups (cu) White Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 large egg yolk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In stand mixer with paddle attachment mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar until suagr has dissolved. Incorporate Egg, Yolk and Vanilla.
- Sift together, flour, salt and baking soda. Incorporate into mixture.
- Quickly mix in chocolate chips.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to set in fridge, for at least 30 min.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place, onto a baking sheet with parchement paper or silicon mat. Bake for 10 to 15 min depending on how soft and gooey you want them.
- Allow to sit for 5 min on baking sheet before moving to cooling rack.
